This beautiful wood-framed beach cottage was built on the northern tip of Anna Maria Island, FL in the 1920's.  The house, which barely covered a 700 sqr/ft footprint, was made from cypress and heart-pine joists, posts and beams, and covered with a beautiful 1" thick cypress siding.  As with most of the older homes in this area, this one has unfortunatly gone the way of the wrecking ball.  Luckily, we were able to salvage as much of its structure as we could and can now have it live on in future furniture projects.
