Salvaged Flooring from Tampa, FL Produce Market!

Heart's Art has just been able to unearth a small amount of 5/4" thick Heart-Pine flooring planks from a building being razed in historic downtown Tampa, FL.

The 8" wide planks have spent the last 90 years as flooring in for the "Saffold Brothers Produce Market" on the corner of Whiting and Florida Streets right near the Hillsborough River.  The building was built in the late 1910's and served as a market through the 1970's.  While the building has now becoming a bank (just what the world needs!), Shawn has been able to save a little bit of the  character and history it has accumulated for generations to come.
